Hawaiʻi Tallow Skin Care and Hawai’i Alchemy Apothecary were born from the daily rhythms of life on our farm on Hawaiʻi Island.

As a farmer, formulator, and mother of four. For decades, I have lived in close relationship to the land, working with food, plants, animals and traditional practices that support health in simple, practical ways.

For the past dozen years, I have stewarded Mele Ka ʻĀina Farm, a regenerativefood forest rooted in listening—to soil, seasons, animals, and what the land asks of us.

This work led naturally to formulation.

Surrounded by Hawaiʻi grass-fed cows, botanicals and medicinal mushrooms, I began rendering tallow as a way to honor the whole animal —transforming agricultural abundance into skincare that nourishes and protects.

Every product we create is farm-to-face.

Our formulations begin with 100% Hawaiʻi grass-fed tallow, rendered by hand in small batches on our farm. We combine it with botanicals we grow and ingredients sourced from other Hawaiʻi farmers whenever possible.

Each formula reflects a direct relationship with place—rooted in nutrient-dense ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and a commitment to quality, transparency, and integrity.

Cleansing is where ritual begins.

What we do each day matters. In the simple acts of washing and caring for the skin, there is an opportunity to slow down and return to the body.
